From the moment you step inside Buff Urban Day Spa, you are immersed in an atmosphere of refined luxury. Rich colours, soft lighting and tactile finishes create a space designed to calm the senses and invite relaxation. As you move through the spa, the temptation to run your hand across the suede walls or sink into the plush seating becomes irresistible — and entirely encouraged.

From the outside, the scale of the spa is unexpected. Set across three beautifully designed floors, each space has been carefully curated to enhance your experience.

The ground floor is dedicated to Beauty & Hair, featuring four treatment rooms, a specialist area for hand and foot treatments, and a private spray tan room.

On the first floor, you will find two elegant changing areas, our tranquil flotation tank room, a double and a single treatment room, as well as our signature Vichy wet room. A quiet relaxation space is also tucked away here, offering a peaceful retreat between treatments.

The top floor is home to our main relaxation lounge — a light-filled space where guests can unwind, enjoy lunch or champagne, or celebrate special occasions. This opens out onto our private, screened terrace, complete with comfortable seating and a large hot tub for the ultimate indulgence.

To preserve the calm and tranquil atmosphere of the spa, we kindly ask that all guests attend appointments alone. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted.

If you need to cancel or amend your appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another guest. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee. Missed appointments will be charged in full.
