During the treatment, you lie comfortably on a specialist Vichy treatment bed while a series of warm shower jets flow gently over the body. As the water runs continuously, your therapist performs exfoliating, nourishing, and restorative treatments designed to refresh the skin and relax the body.

Our Vichy Treatments

Vichy Experience (45 minutes)

A refreshing skin-smoothing treatment designed to leave your skin soft, radiant, and glowing.

Your experience begins with a relaxing foot ritual, followed by a full body exfoliation using ESPA Body Smoothing Shower Gel to gently buff away dry skin and boost circulation. As warm water flows from the Vichy shower above, a soothing warm water massage rinses away the scrub while helping the body unwind.

Your treatment is completed with the application of nourishing moisturiser, leaving the skin beautifully smooth and refreshed.

Skin-Smoothing Vichy Treatment (75 minutes)

An extended Vichy treatment designed to deeply refresh, calm, and nourish the skin.

The treatment begins with a relaxing foot ritual followed by a full body exfoliation using ESPA Body Smoothing Shower Gel to smooth the skin and stimulate circulation. A Marine Mud Wrap is then applied to gently hydrate and calm the skin, making it particularly beneficial for sensitive skin or conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.

A soothing warm water massage beneath the Vichy shower melts away tension while rinsing away the treatment products, before a nourishing moisturiser is applied to leave your skin hydrated, glowing, and renewed.

Ultimate Vichy Experience (2 hours 15 minutes)

Immerse yourself in the pinnacle of relaxation and skin rejuvenation with our most indulgent ritual.

Your journey begins with a calming foot ritual, followed by a full body exfoliation using ESPA Body Smoothing Shower Gel to gently buff away dry skin and boost circulation. A Marine Mud Wrap is then applied to hydrate, soothe, and calm the skin, making it ideal for sensitive or irritated skin.

A warm Vichy water massage rinses away the scrub and melts away tension, preparing the body for the final stage of the treatment — a deeply restorative full body massage using ESPA aromatherapy oils, tailored to your individual physical and emotional needs.
