Our flotation room contains warm water enriched with a high concentration of Epsom salts, allowing your body to float effortlessly on the surface. This natural buoyancy fully supports your body, removing pressure from joints and muscles while helping the mind slow down and relax.
Unlike enclosed float pods, our spacious flotation room provides a more open and comfortable environment. Many guests find this much more relaxing, especially if they are concerned about feeling enclosed.

When you arrive at Buff Day Spa, our team will guide you through everything you need to know before your float.
Your session takes place in a private flotation room where you can shower before entering the water. The temperature of the water is carefully maintained to match skin temperature, allowing you to float comfortably and effortlessly.
You can choose to float with soft lighting or in darkness, and gentle music signals the beginning and end of your session.
Afterwards, you can take a few moments to relax before returning to the outside world.
There’s no need to bring anything with you — we provide everything you need, including towels, toiletries, and all essentials for your visit.
